Employee Spotlight! Meet Abdulrahman Aljeemaz, Site Engineer with the Agility real estate department. Abdulrahman currently works on developing projects in Kuwait and recently received #LEED Green Associate certification. What’s a typical day for Abdulrahman and the real estate team? “The day usually starts with a morning site inspection to assess progress and quality of the work being done. We usually then have meetings with our contractors and consultants to discuss what needs to be done that day and address any issues or concerns. We’re also constantly reviewing project plans, to ensure accuracy and compliance, and also coordinate with other project team members (such as architects and inspectors) to resolve any design or construction conflicts. I have to oversee all aspects of the project to ensure it progresses smoothly, meets expectations, and is done safely." What’s his favorite part about working at Agility? “Agility aligns with my career goals and values – it’s an exciting place to grow in my career. It’s great to be part of a team where everyone works together towards common goals. Individuals are credited for their contributions and hard work, and everyone is treated as an equal at the company – it creates a sense of appreciation and inclusivity in the workplace.” What advice would Abdulrahman give to young professionals? “Be open to learning and adapting to new challenges and opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices. The Agility team in #Kuwait marked #EarthDay by creating a new community garden in Sabah Al-Salem. The garden was created in collaboration with the Sabah al Salem Foundation and Alpassion, supported by Agility, where employees joined forces with students, families, and teachers to prepare, plant and cultivate the community garden. Menzies Aviation, an Agility company, recently published their 2023 Annual Review & Sustainability Report – just in time for #EarthDay! This #EarthDay, the GCC SERVICES team partnered with Emirates Environmental Group to collect plastic waste for recycling throughout April, matching the theme of Planet vs. Plastics. Across the GCC Services project locations, safety teams made a pledge to stop using single use disposable utensils. Earth Day served as a chance for the GCC Services team to pause, review business practices and implement changes - small changes can lead to big impacts!

All aboard! The Agility team in #Kuwait recently held a family fun day, complete with a trip to historic Failaka Island.
